MINA live in concert

As I said many times, for me - and for many other italians - MINA is the best italian pop singer ever.
But , as You Knows, Mina stopped to show herself on 1978 (32 years ago!!) , when the concerts didn't record...
Mina - the Mother Goddess of Italian Music - sung 'on live' only in Rai-Tv in her saturday's night tv-shows, and at 'Bussola', a tend-theatre in 'Forte dei Marmi', one of more exclusives italian beaches near Viareggio - Tuscany -.
"Mina alla Bussola" was an event 1 or 2 times in a year but, I repeat, in that time also an artist as Mina didn't recorded and we're very lucky to found these videos uploaded by Mina's funs; thanx to them, and thanks to Mina and her fantastic voice, more fantastic than ever, when she sung 'live'

ROSSANA CASALE

ROSSANA CASALE was, on last '80's - early '90's one of most promettent jazz female voice o italian jazz music. Rossana Casale borns in New York from an american father and a venezian mother. She goes to live in Italy on '72 and starts to study music in the Conservatory Verdi, in Milan after opened a chorus of american boys. In 1982 with 'Didin', her first album, she has the first big success, wrote by Alberto Fortis.
In '82, produced by PFM's Group pubblish "Rossana Casale", but we can said that one is the last big success of Rossana.
Rossana Casale plays many albums and sung in many jazz festivals, but will not be more the same artist we knows on early '80's.....

CECILIA BARTOLI

CECILIA BARTOLI is an actress and one of most extraodinary, awesome, incredible Italian female "mezzosoprano" voice.
Cecilia Bartoli borns in Rome in 1966 from a musician family ( her mother, father , and also her grandmother were classic singers ).
Cecilia loves to play romantic music, as Mozart and Rossini, in that autumn She made a very interesting disco called 'Sacrificium", dedicated to Italians Castrati ( Castrato) .
In XVIIIst century 400 boys, every year, were castrated to becomes 'special singers'.
That album, for me, will be very important for Cecilia Bartoli and for all classic and baroque music.
The 'castrato' singers tradition in Italy were very respected and only after a cultural revolution of 'belle epoque' Castrated stop to exist, the women started to sing in the theatres, but also after that, the 'castrato tradition' remains in south Italy for all 1800.
Farinelli and Caffarelli were the most famous italians castrated in the history, after to have studied with M° Porpora, or after studied the "Porpora's method' ( six years of musical studies; canto and solfeggio).

I think that album will be one of most important of all Cecilia Bartoli's career, sheself said 'These pièces ( about Sacrificium'), has been the most difficults to record for me, in all of my life".
